We only serve the highest quality, nutrient-rich, real whole foods to fuel your team through the day.
We work closely with our local farmers and suppliers to source fresh ingredients and eco-friendly packaging.
We are a gluten free restaurant with paleo menu offerings (including free run chicken breast, grass fed steak, sustainably farmed salmon) as well as dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options.
Impact Kitchen items are made with gluten free ingredients but currently we do not have gluten free certifications.
Impact Kitchen Catering delivers across Toronto starting at $35 per order.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for catering orders. We require 3 business days notice for orders containing Family Style platters.
Pick-up is available at all five of our Downtown Toronto locations.
Event space is available at our downtown Toronto locations. We have a variety of options to choose from including a cozy private loft space to an intimate patio setting. Contact us for more information.

Nuts and other allergens are used in many of Impact Kitchen's menu items. Please be aware that our food contains, may contain or may have come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, milk, mustard, soybeans, tree nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, peanuts, and fish.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the delivery time will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the total order amount.
