All of our soups are made with minimally-processed nutrient-dense ingredients–including our house-made broths–and served with a side of gluten-free sourdough bread.
The newest soup to our menu, this warming chili is made with a base of ground turkey, beans, Impact’s bone broth and loads of fresh vegetables like zucchini, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. It has sweet and smoky notes, with a slightly spicy finish. It’s been a hit since its launch, and if you’ve tried it, you know why!
A classic with a twist, Impact Kitchen’s chicken noodle soup is made with house-made chicken bone broth, diced chicken, and sweet potato noodles, and includes immune-boosting ingredients like fresh turmeric and ginger.
If pureed soups are your jam, this is the soup for you. Butternut squash, onions, apples and ginger are pureed together with coconut milk and red curry paste and topped with pumpkin seeds and a coconut milk drizzle. This classic autumn soup is warming enough to carry you right through winter!
This vegan soup is the ultimate comfort food–oh, and it happens to be high in fibre and vitamin C! Made with winter vegetables (like carrots, butternut squash, celery and onion), house-made mushroom broth, chickpeas, tomatoes, kale, rosemary and thyme, this soup will definitely satisfy.
Our newest soup is still under development, but we know you’re going to love it! The vegan soup will be made with roasted broccoli, celery root, house-made mushroom broth and nutritional yeast. Stay tuned for details!
Another new item coming to Impact Kitchen is this hearty stew, made with grass-fed beef (sourced from Beretta Farms), potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, rosemary and of course, Impact’s chicken bone broth. Soon to be available in the retail fridge as a grab-n-go item, this stew is going to be the easiest (and most delicious!) way to get dinner on the table.

Chicken Bone Broth: made with antibiotic-free chicken bones, garlic, ginger, carrots, celery, and apple cider vinegar. It’s simmered for up to 24 hours to encourage the release of health-supportive key nutrients, like collagen, glycine and glutamine.
Vegan Mushroom Broth: made with antioxidant-rich mushrooms, iodine-packed seaweed, and anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, turmeric and garlic, the mushroom broth is a warming staple come cold and flu season.
NEW Beef Bone Broth: we’ve got a new broth coming your way this February! Just like the chicken bone broth, this beef broth is simmered slowly to increase flavour and nutrition. With a base of beef bones, onions, celery, carrots, apple cider vinegar, thyme and bay, this broth will be an excellent foundation for all of your soups!
