Your Mornings Just Got A Makeover

Fall is arguably the best season: the best outfits, the crisp weather, and oh yeah, Impact’s new fall menu! Warm weather might be on its way out, but the theme for this season’s new menu items is all things cozy brunch and breakfast (with a little pumpkin spice thrown in for good measure). 

So if you needed a reason to get outside and enjoy these next few months of perfect sweater weather, these menu items are for you.

Breakfast Tacos

We’ve swapped out the Huevos Rancheros with these delicious Breakfast Tacos! Made with non-gmo corn tortillas, each taco is loaded with beans, cheese, eggs, salsa, avocado crema, pickled red onions, tostada crumble and fresh cilantro! Not only are these tacos packed with protein and fibre, they’re also loaded with healthy fats from the avocado crema (made from a greek yogurt base), making it a well-rounded brunch item you can feel great about.

Banana Bread French Toast

Yep, you heard that right: we’ve turned our classic grain-free banana bread into french toast (and it’s exactly as good as it sounds). Slices of banana bread french toast are served with greek yogurt, fresh berries, candied walnuts, and maple syrup for a naturally sweet and decadent dish. It doesn’t get sweeter than that!

Omelette

You’ve heard of BYOB, but what about BYOO: build-your-own-omelette? This two-egg omelette is fully customizable:

  • Choose your cheese: feta or cheddar

  • Choose your 3 toppings: spinach, red onions, salsa fresca, red peppers and mushrooms

  • Choose your side: roasted sweet potato or side salad

  • Choose your sauce: ketchup or hot sauce

Not only is this delicious, but it’s the perfect way to add some variety to your plate and switch up your morning routine.

Grainless Granola Bowl 

We have taken our Grainless Granola off the shelves and onto our menu! Our new Grainless Granola Bowl includes our classic paleo granola, fresh berries, and your choice of milk (oat, almond, skim, or whole). This is for the cereal lovers out there, who want something that’s a little more nutrient-dense and satiating: this granola bowl is loaded with plant-based protein, fibre, antioxidants and healthy fats.

Pumpkin Loaf

Would it even be fall without a pumpkin-spiced item on the menu (we certainly don’t think so). Made with pumpkin puree, almond flour and of course, pumpkin spice, our new pumpkin loaf is paleo-friendly and full of flavour! Not only is it a delicious grab-n-go snack, this loaf is packed with fibre and antioxidants—so there’s no trick to this treat!
