With summer right around the corner, we have updated our menu to bring you lots of fresh, nutritious and on-the-go-friendly menu items! Whether you’re looking for breakfast ideas, lunch items that travel well, or something sweet throughout the day, we’ve got you covered! 

Oasis Smoothie

This bright, anti-inflammatory smoothie takes us right into summer with pineapple, mango, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, and turmeric. Don’t forget to add a scoop of protein powder if you’re looking for something extra satiating.

Everyday Breakfast

We’ve upgraded the daily breakfast with this new bowl. The Everyday Breakfast comes with either scrambled or fried eggs, and a choice of 3 of the following options: avocado, salsa, black bean mole, sweet potato wedges and sourdough toast. Basically, everything you need for a nutritious and tasty start to the day! 

Lemon Poppy Seed Square

Of course, it wouldn’t feel like warmer weather without something lemon-based. This sweet and tangy lemon poppy seed square is also nut-free (and of course, gluten-free). Eat this with your morning coffee or enjoy it as an after-dinner treat.

Grab & Go Salads

Sometimes, you just need something you can pack with you for the day, and these salads have you covered!

Sesame Noodle Salad

Sweet potato noodles, roasted broccoli, edamame, red peppers, red cabbage, carrots and a ginger sesame dressing make for the perfect summer salad! Pair it with a Grab & Go Free Range Chicken for extra protein.

Fiesta Salad

A twist on our classic Zesty Mexican, this salad has quinoa, arugula, spinach, red peppers, grilled pineapple, black bean mole, salsa fresca, our house-made tostada crumble and of course, our cilantro jalapeño dressing.

Grab & Go Wraps

This might be one of the most exciting additions to the menu—and it's been a long time coming! These Grab & Go Wraps make for the perfect park lunch. 

Jerk Chicken

Served on a grain-free tortilla, this wrap is loaded with jerk chicken, brown rice, black beans, grilled pineapple, carrots, red cabbage and a red slaw dressing.

Roasted Vegetable

Served on a grain-free tortilla, this wrap contains house-made hummus and pesto, grilled zucchini, roasted red onions, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and spinach.

Grab & Go Proteins

Enjoy these paired with our Grab & Go Salads, or eat on their own for a high-protein snack.

Dressings

And lastly, if you’re looking for nutritious, house-made dressings that don’t use industrial seed oils, you’re going to love these! The Cashew Caesar and Honey Lemon are both staple dressings used in-house, while the Ranch dressing is a new addition that is perfect for veggie dipping. 

Cashew Caesar

Cashews, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, tamari, capers, sea salt, black pepper, and water.

Honey Lemon

Honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Ranch

Sour cream, whole milk, avocado oil mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, green onion, dill, and parsley.
